Cheese description:

Stracciatella is a dairy product made of two ingredients - Pasta Filata, cut into thin threads by hand, and fresh cream, which makes the product creamy and tender. It is used in the preparation of many dishes: appetizers, salads, pizzas, soups and desserts, in particular ice cream. Any dish with Stracciatella becomes a decoration of the festive table.
