Cacioricotta
Cacioricotta is a traditional Apulian cheese with a dense yet soft texture, crafted using a unique technique that combines elements of cheese and ricotta, giving it a distinct flavor and consistency.
Our chesse made from milk sourced from certified local farm “Zemturi”, Cacioricotta is typically small, cylindrical, and rindless, with a white color and an intense, yet balanced, flavor.
Cheese is served as an independent snack with wine, as well as grated with sandwiches, pasta. Cacioricotta goes well with spicy tomato sauce and basil.
