Cacioricotta is a traditional Apulian cheese with a dense yet soft texture, crafted using a unique technique that combines elements of cheese and ricotta, giving it a distinct flavor and consistency.

Our cheese made from milk sourced from certified local farm “Zemturi Piens”. Cacioricotta is typically small, cylindrical, and rindless, with a white color and an intense, yet balanced, flavor.
