Burrata al tartufo
Burrata is a traditional dairy product of the southern Italian region Puglia, made from raw cow's milk.
It consists of a very tasty Pasta Filata cheese shell and a delicious filling of Stracciatella al tartufo inside.
Its shape resembles a small soft bag, which is filled with hand-cut Pasta Filata and fresh cream. The special ingredient in this burrata is truffle. The tenderness of the cream is complemented by exquisite mushroom flavor.
