Cheese description:

Ricotta is a fresh dairy product. Very tender, with a fresh milky-creamy taste. The smell of fresh Ricotta reminds of warm milk and hay. The most classic shape is a cut cone. According to its characteristics of protein content, amino acids, minerals and vitamins, Ricotta is a unique product. It is suitable for filling pies and cheesecakes. It is perfect in combination with pasta, for breakfast with fresh berries, jams, honey, toasts and pastries.
