Mozzarella lab

Scamorza affumicata

It is a traditional Italian cheese of the Pasta Filata category and is made of cow's milk. It has a sweet creamy taste and is available in smoked variation.

It is an unusual type of cheese. Its shape reminds a pear or number 8 and determines its name, which comes from the phrase “capa mozza” - “cut off head”.

Scamorza is an important source of valuable proteins, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin B2.

Available in amokes version.
