Position Overview:
We are seeking an active and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This position is designed for those who are eager to provide an excellent client service experience and learn about the cheese industry and cheese-making processes. Moreover, it is an exceptional opportunity to work with Italian Cheese master and taste the most delicious Italian cheeses made in Latvia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients (both written and oral).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with order processing and tracking in 1C (CRM).
- Issue invoices and organize production related documentary.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to sales related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer master data.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food production industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Latvian, English and Russian. Knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus.
- Knowledge of 1C or similar ERP system.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Passion for cheese and knowledge of cheese products is a plus.

Get to know our cheese master
Francesco Ludovico, our cheese master, is from Italy, from a small town Gioia del Colle, located in the province of Bari, Puglia.
The city is world-known for the production of Mozzarella. The tradition of processing milk into fresh cheese in this area has historical roots from the past, proven by many evidences.
Francesco started to work in a cheese factory of his town when he was 15 years old. From that time his passion for turning milk into mozzarella, scamorza, buratta, stracciatella, ricotta and other cheese was born.
Throughout his career Francesco worked in cheese factories in Italy, London and Moscow.
And now, having over 20 years of experience in cheese making, he is happy to provide you with the cheese made in accordance with the traditional Italian recipes in Mozzarella.lab in Riga.
According to Francesco, being a good cheesemaker requires a balance between innovations and traditions. The tradition he respects in his work – is a production of cheese by hands, which helps to get products of the highest quality.
