Stracciatella al tartufo
Stracciatella is a dairy product made of two ingredients - Pasta Filata, cut into thin threads by hand, and fresh cream, which makes the product creamy and tender.
The combination of cream and elongated irregularly shaped pieces of Pasta Filata gave the name to this cheese. The special ingredient in this burrata is truffle. The tenderness of the cream is complemented by exquisite mushroom flavor.
Stracciatella al tartufo is also used to produce burrata al tartufo - as its soft, buttery heart with a fresh and delicate taste.
It is also used in the preparation of many dishes: appetizers, salads, pizzas, soups and desserts, in particular ice cream. Any dish with Stracciatella, of course, becomes a decoration of the festive table.
